Delete your CargoProof account

You can request deletion of your CargoProof Driver account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to submit the request and what data may need to be retained for legal, security or proof-integrity reasons.

How to request account deletion

  1. Open the CargoProof Driver app.
  2. Go to My profile.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Confirm the deletion request.

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to: support@cargoproof.app. Please use the email address associated with your CargoProof account.

What will be deleted

We will delete or anonymize account data that is no longer required for service operation, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or proof integrity.

What may be retained

Some proof records, verification metadata, audit logs or cryptographic integrity records may be retained when necessary to preserve the integrity of previously created proofs, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse or resolve disputes.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are normally reviewed and processed within a reasonable period after verification of the requester identity.
