Operational workflow

How CargoProof works in the field.

CargoProof is designed around a simple operational sequence: request the proof, capture the event, seal the bundle, then review or verify later when needed.

Four-step operational model

The workflow is easy for field teams, while the resulting proof remains structured enough for later dispute handling, audit or independent review.

1

Create request

An operator creates a pickup or delivery proof request linked to a shipment or transport event.

2

Capture in the field

The driver or field operator opens a capture link, provides event details, and uploads the requested evidence.

3

Seal the bundle

CargoProof assembles the event data and media into a sealed proof bundle suitable for later verification.

4

Review or verify

Operators can inspect the bundle, access the verification link and use the proof in later operational or commercial review.

Capture layer

The capture flow is mobile-first and oriented toward real transport events: place, condition, quantity, timestamp, and media evidence.

Operator layer

Internal operators can create requests, follow active proof operations, inspect bundles and coordinate pilot usage.

Proof layer

CargoProof does not stop at file upload. It creates a structured bundle and a verification path that can be revisited later.

Core trust layer

Behind CargoProof, VeriSeal Core provides the sealing model, proof architecture and public verification design.

Important: CargoProof is the logistics-facing application for transport operations. The underlying trust engine, sealing architecture and verification model are powered by VeriSeal Core.
